V Image Mover - Copy/Move Images Making Easy

The first thing you might ask every time you see a software is "what is the need for it?".There are 100's if not 1000's of free softwares out there on the web for image organizing and browsing, how is this software different from them?.

I have personally used many of the free image viewers like Infranview, Slowview, Xnview,FastStone and many more. These softwares do lot more things than "V Image Mover" and provides several ways to move/copy your images from source to destination. However some of them are not quick while others are not very intuitive. So V Image Mover came to life and is solely targetted for moving/copying images.

Photography has been changed drastically in the last decade, with today's camera's and mobile devices you can take 10's if not 100's of pictures per minute. So there is lot of burden on us to selectively pick pictures that we like and keep them for our memories. Space is getting much cheaper every day, it doesn't…

Locate duplicate folders with this tool.

V Folder Dups is a small, simple, easy to use application, specially designed to help you located the duplicate folders on your computer and keep your disk duplicate free.

Using this tool is as easy as can be: you just have to select the folder to scan, and you're good to go. So, if you were looking for a program to help you locate duplicate folders with just a click, then take V Folder Dups for a spin and see if its capabilities are enough to satisfy your needs.

It uses folder contents to determine duplicates instead of folder names.

Here is the link to download it.

Remote Desktop "Credentials Did Not Work"

I know that my username and password are right when connecting to a pc using remote desktop connection, but always giving me error about the credentials. After playing around for hours and hours I found that the user name I am entering is not the user name that Remote Desktop Connection.

When I installed the operating system I have created a user name "tester" and then renamed it to "debugger". I opened control panel and cheked the profile and it seems like it kept "tester" instead of debugger, but Remote Desktop Connection was expecting me to type "tester" which is weird. User in the control panel and in the login screen were showing as "debugger".

SQL Server 2012 sp1 and Visual Studio 2012 Installation Errors

It literally took me 2 days not 8 hour days 14 hour days to make everything work right.

I started with Windows Home Premium(which I shouldn't have) and SQL Server 2012 with SP1(note that VS Studio Express was there on the pc).I didn't go any where as I need Windows 7 sp1 and I couldn't install it on my pc successfully(TRUST_E_NOSIGNATURE(0X800B0100), searched through web and found out that re-install was my only option).

I have decided to re-install win 7 home premium and got the sp1 going on, then I started with SQL Server 2012 with SP1 Dev Edition. After about 20% in the installation process I got an error about Visual Studio 2010 shell(along these lines This installation package could not be opened).I continued with the error and installation completed with errors syaing that Sql Server Data Tools installation is failed. Then installed Visual Studio 2012 Premium, everything seems to went fine.

I was able to start the SQL Server instance and connect to it, but when I open…

Some times you might have to impersonate a user when launching visual studio, to automate this process we can create a batch file with runas and /savecred.

When doing that you might encounter a error 87 parameter is invalid, to avoid this make sure you put the user name with domain like 'Test\User1'
